The 1st real attempt I made at meditation was by using Mark's extensive, illuminating, maddening guide. Since then I've tried different stuff to different levels of success in accomodating to my own personal inner and outer morphology
(Some practices I've found more mentally and physically comfortable and right than others)
I’m still very early on my journey but there’s a noticeable difference between the before and after starting meditation, sizeable enough that it makes me want to continue investing willpower/cognitive slots to it
Also it is admittedly very fun sometimes
